Every product sold or rented by our company carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. DME Medical Supply Specialist will notify the manufacturer and obtain a replacement or repair, free of charge for the beneficiary during the warranty period. If the manufacturer does not provide a replacement or repair, DME Medical Supply Specialist will provide such. DME Medical Supply Specialist will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage and honor all warranties under applicable law. In addition, an owner’s manual with warranty information directly from the manufacturer will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where this manual is available.

DME Medical Supply Specialist will provide one replacement off-the-shelf brace, free of charge, during the three (3) year period in which the beneficiary is not qualified for a replacement by Medicare. If the beneficiary is qualified to meet Medicare criteria for a replacement the replacement will be charged to Medicare.
